1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed on Holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable couriers like PostEx to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
P.O. Boxes: we Do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Damages & Issues
Heavenly Home is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Recommendation: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
