Thank you for choosing Heavenly Home! We want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for your item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Packaging: Must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Customized or personalized goods.
- Personal care items (e.g., pillows, bedding, or unsealed hygiene products).
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at heavenlyhome.support0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless it is faulty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
